Jiangsu Province

On May 7, 2020, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Jiangsu Province issued a notice on strengthening construction safety management, encouraging the promotion of the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe scaffolding in high-risk projects such as formwork engineering and support systems, as well as urban rail transit projects.

On July 24, 2020, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Nantong City issued a notice on promoting the application of socket type buckle type steel pipe supports on construction sites, further strengthening the safety management of formwork supports and scaffolding on construction sites for housing and rail transit projects in Nantong City.

On November 7, 2020, the Suzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau issued a notice on strengthening the entry management of buckle type steel pipe support components, effectively strengthening the quality management of buckle type steel pipe support components on construction sites, and ensuring the safety and reliability of buckle type steel pipe support during on-site construction.

On July 7, 2020, the Wenzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau issued a notice on the comprehensive implementation of safety management regulations for high-risk sub projects: template support frame projects that belong to super hazardous projects and participate in super hazardous projects must not use buckle type steel pipe support systems, and must use standardized chemical tool support systems such as bowl buckle type and socket plate buckle type. On January 5, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Haining City issued a notice on further strengthening the management of the use of plug-in disc-shaped scaffolding in construction projects in our city, further strengthening the safety management of scaffolding projects.

On March 15, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Ningbo City issued a notice on further strengthening the safety management regulations for sub projects with high risks and clarifying relevant work requirements. This further strengthens the safety management standards for hazardous projects in the city, and the document specifies: template engineering and support systems and scaffolding, and strengthens the promotion and use of new tool type scaffolding and support formwork.

On August 4, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Ningbo City issued a notice on further strengthening the management of construction socket and buckle type steel pipe support components, strengthening the management of housing construction and municipal infrastructure engineering socket and buckle type steel pipe support components.

On November 30, 2021, Jinhua City held a safety production warning education conference in the construction field. The conference announced that starting from January 2022, new construction projects in the city must fully use socket type buckle type steel pipe supports, effectively regulate the installation and use of template support systems, and curb the collapse accidents of template support systems and scaffold engineering.

Anhui Province

On September 3, 2021, the Urban and Rural Development Bureau of Hefei City issued a notice on the implementation of the "Safety Technical Standards for Construction Socket type Panbuckle Steel Pipe Scaffolding" (JGJ/T231-2021), which stipulates that for new projects starting on or after October 1, 2021 (based on the date of issuance of the construction permit), high and large formwork supports (with a height of 8m or more, a span of 18m or more, or a total construction load (design value) of 15kN/m2 or more, or a concentrated line load (design value) of 20kN/m or more concrete formwork supports) must use galvanized socket type Panbuckle steel pipe scaffolding.

On March 2, 2011, the Urban and Rural Development Bureau of Fuyang City issued a letter soliciting opinions on promoting the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe scaffolding and attached lifting scaffolding. On October 8, 2021, the Xiamen Construction Bureau issued a notice on the issuance of supplementary quotas for the template of the buckle type steel pipe support frame, in order to adapt the template of the buckle type steel pipe support frame to the needs of market engineering construction and reasonably determine the project cost.

On June 19, 2013, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Quanzhou City issued a notice on deepening the three special rectification work of building construction formwork engineering, which comprehensively promoted the use of buckle type and bowl buckle type steel pipe formwork brackets, and eliminated wooden columns and door type steel pipe formwork brackets.

On June 18, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Jinan City issued a notice on the safety management of the installation of socket type buckle type scaffolding, promoting the standardized use of socket type buckle type formwork supports.

On February 17, 2022, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Yantai City held the first lesson on the construction of the entire city's housing and construction system and a training session for construction safety supervision personnel, to understand and master the "Safety Technical Specification for Socket type Disc Buckle Scaffolding" and the "Guidelines for Safety Standardization Examination and Verification of Municipal Engineering Construction Projects", and further improve the "civil defense" level of construction safety production in the city.

Shanxi Province

On April 1, 2021, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Shanxi Province issued a notice on the issuance of the "Green Innovation Technology Guidelines for Super High rise Building Engineering", which clearly stipulates that the template support frame adopts the socket type buckle type steel pipe support frame.

South China 

Guangdong Province

Huizhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau issued a document on June 1, 2022. All participating provincial and municipal demonstration sites and newly started municipal housing construction projects that belong to the scope of hazardous engineering should use socket type buckle type steel pipe supports (special structures can be used with buckle type steel pipe supports). On April 13, 2021, the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau issued a letter (Sui Jian Zhi [2021] No. 129) regarding the publication of the Notice (Trial) of the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau on soliciting opinions on promoting the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe supports. The notice states that starting from June 1, 2021, Guangzhou will comprehensively promote the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe supports.

On June 30, 2021, the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau issued the "Guangzhou Construction Engineering Safety and Civilized Construction Regulations (Trial Edition)", which comprehensively promoted the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe supports in the template support system of housing construction projects (including comprehensive pipe galleries) throughout the city.

On February 1, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Yichang City issued a notice on the publication of the "Catalogue of Construction Projects in Yichang City for Promoting, Restricting, and Prohibiting the Use of Building Technology, Materials, Processes, and Equipment (First Batch)", which comprehensively promotes the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe scaffolding.

On February 24, 2022, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Xiangyang City issued a notice on strengthening the management of scaffolding formwork support system for construction projects. It stipulates that for new projects starting after March 1, 2022, for projects that have erected full scaffolding, high-risk formwork projects and support systems in the urban area, or for applying for provincial and municipal safety and civilized construction site awards, galvanized socket type buckle type steel pipe scaffolding must be used.

On December 7, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Jingzhou City issued a notice on the prohibition of the use of wheel buckle scaffolding and support systems, which stipulates that from February 1, 2022, the use of wheel buckle scaffolding to set up formwork support systems will be completely prohibited.

Northwest region

Qinghai Province

On April 2, 2021, the Qinghai Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued a notice on further implementing the main responsibility of construction enterprises for safety production. It stipulated that starting from May 1, 2021, the support system of the template sub project of the Xining and Haidong Construction Safety Standardization Demonstration Projects must use the national standard socket type buckle type scaffolding or the national standard fastener type steel pipe scaffolding. Chongqing City

On November 6, 2019, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued a notice titled "Notice on Prohibiting and Restricting the Use of Backward Technologies in the Construction Field of Chongqing (2019 Edition)", which stipulated that the use of bamboo (wood) scaffolding, coupler type steel pipe cantilever scaffolding, and large formwork suspension scaffolding is strictly prohibited in construction projects throughout the city.

Sichuan Province

On December 24, 2021, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission of Mianyang City issued a notice on promoting the use of socket type buckle type steel pipe scaffolding and assembly type attached lifting scaffolding, which stipulated that from March 1, 2022, the socket type buckle type scaffolding support system must be used.
